As we enter August, we start looking ahead to autumn. Services in the park will continue rain or shine until after Labour Day weekend. In the event of inclement weather, we can set up the pulpit and the music stands and the sound system under the protection of the actual bandshell. We will be broadcasting on 88.1 fm so you can listen to the service and see the participants from your vehicle if you park on an angle on either side of the park on Guinlock street. We will also live stream the service on the Bethel Bible Church Facebook page
Our Annual Meeting which will be held on Sunday August 15th at 11:30 a.m. This meeting has been much delayed because of Covid 19 protocols, but we need to have this meeting and the details of the meeting and the motions that will come to it are in the letter we have for all members.
Also note that on Sunday September 5th [Labour Day Sunday and our last outdoor service] The Crutchfields will join us again and FOLLOWING THE SERVICE WE WILL HAVE A CHURCH PICNIC in Victoria Park. This will not be a potluck as buffet style dining is still questionable under Covid protocols, but everyone brings their own picnic supplies and we get to spend some time seeing each other in outdoor safety.
